I was suuupper surprised!

All of the fake (vegetarian) meat that I've been eating...

They're not high in protein content! ":D

Why did my mom & I assume that? Oh well, haha.


Here are Thursday's results! (Well, at minimum)

 Lunch

cooked spaghetti - 179 g (149+30ish)

vegetarian sauce - 172 g (57g protein? The rest as liquid)



Dinner

154 - rice

84 - broccoli (fried in ginger marinade batter)

62 - (bok choy?) veggies

97 - fake meat, marmite "chicken"

30 - fake meat (for potato)
