I was suuupper surprised! All of the fake (vegetarian) meat that I've been eating... They're not high in protein content! ":D Why did my mom & I assume that? Oh well, haha. Here are Thursday's results! (Well, at minimum)  Lunch cooked spaghetti - 179 g (149+30ish) vegetarian sauce - 172 g (57g protein ? The rest as liquid) Dinner 154 - rice 84 - broccoli (fried in ginger marinade batter) 62 - (bok choy?) veggies 97 - fake meat, marmite "chicken" 30 - fake meat (for potato) (Incomplete) Details

Why This Blog?

I need to control my weight. Last year I was 48 kg. Year before that I was 49 kg. I'm 47 kg now. Been recording my calories. Not been sorting them away. It's been driving me crazy. So my blog's here to help me sort this!  Let's see how helpful you are, blog!
